Yes graduates get to meet each other during various courses / site visits and team building activities throughout the year.
We also operate a buddy system to allow you to get to know the current graduates within the business

Yes - it is requirement for you to hold a UK driving licence & have access to your own transport due to the locations of some of the placements.

As part of our graduate programme you will be required to have entitlement to work in the UK.

All of our graduates start on a permanent contract, throughout your programme we collaborate with you, your manager and mentor to provide you with the tools to be successful in securing a suitable leadership position following completion of your programme.
